Stress buster: rosemary and lavender

To help you prepare your pupils for the SATs or other forthcoming tests, we’ve put together a series of stress-busting outdoor activity ideas which promote positive mental health and wellbeing.  Most are designed to benefit a whole class and will take less than 15 minutes but you can extend and modify them for longer sessions or for smaller groups. Copy and share the latest in the #StressBusters series.
