Stress buster: games are good

To help you prepare your pupils for the SATs or other forthcoming tests, we’ve put together a series of stress-busting outdoor activity ideas which promote positive mental health and wellbeing.  Most are designed to benefit a whole class and will take less than 15 minutes but you can extend and modify them for longer sessions or for smaller groups.  Copy and share the latest in our #MythBusters series.

GET INVOLVED

If you would like children to spend more time outdoors, sign up your class or whole school to Outdoor Classroom Day, and share your day’s activities on social media using #OutdoorClassroomDay
