Photo consent form

Use this Photo consent form to make sure you have the right permissions in place to take photographs of children. Taking lots of snaps is one of the best ways of documenting your day, and seeing children playing and learning outdoors will help inspire others to get involved.

Please share your photos with us so we can use them to encourage more people to get involved. When sending them to us, please either include copies of consent forms, or a copy of your photo policy and a note to say we have permission to use them.
