Position and Movement

Position and Movement is an outdoor maths lesson idea that will help children to understand mathematical concepts through real-life experiences. Position and Movement are a fundamental part of the mathematics curriculum, what better way to learn about them than by getting outdoors!

A great outdoor activity for a maths lesson, developed by Learning Through Landscapes. For more ideas check out their Curriculum Linked Resources book in the Outdoor Library.
